Dionisio Derteano Office Building houses the Roche Laboratory Headquarters. It is a 21-story building located in San Isidro’s financial district in Lima, Peru. The building stands out by its unique shape, composed of a horizontal base (6 stories high) crowned by a vertical tower (15 stories high) of irregular increasing width. The horizontal base consists of a first floor level with a main lobby, four retail stores, a conference room, service areas and two vehicular accesses: one leading to 5 upper parking levels reserved for the office workers and another to an additional underground parking level for visitors, which also hosts technical areas. The tower is reserved exclusively for the office areas. A unique characteristic of the building is that each of the 15 open floor stories can be subdivided into 2 or 3 independent office areas
