A design build project consisting of a 4-story, 82,000 sq. ft. Medical Center with 18,000 sq. ft. of shelled space for future growth. The building includes glass elevators on a beautifully landscaped 5-acre campus. Future growth is planned for additional buildings on this campus. The $23M, was a fast tracked project completed on scheduled and within budget. This is a state of the art center, where healing is the centerpiece of the design concept, with all waiting areas overlooking Healing gardens, and incorporating materials, color palettes and artwork themes which reinforce the concept. The design is a showpiece for the LEON Medical Centers goal of providing excellence and a personal touch in their care and in the design of their new centers
